We try to minimize these requests and appreciate your support. Balance Spa is happy to accept returns for any unused and unopened products within 30 days of an on-line purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You\u2019ll also need the receipt or proof or purchase.
