Live Well 360 is the realization of a dream and passion shared by its team to promote optimal living and health throughout Kokomo and beyond. As nurse practitioners, we initially connected through our shared careers, but our passion for God and patients inspired us to create a place dedicated to helping and healing others. While we've spent years treating various diseases, we recognize that prevention and healthy lifestyles are essential for a fulfilling life. We know our patients want more for their health, so we're breathing new life into the healthcare approach. Our team of nurse practitioners, registered nurses and estheticians is thrilled to partner with our clients and assist them on their journey to achieve the best possible health and wellness. Meet Lisa, Co-Owner of Live Well 360 and Happy Nutrition on Sycamore. Lisa boasts a long and successful career as a Family Nurse Practitioner, having earned her Master's degree in Nursing from Ball State in 2004.
