Lawa Longevity Club is a wellness and longevity club at Kaimuki Plaza, 3465 Waialae Avenue in Honolulu, Hawaii, combining advanced diagnostics, restorative therapies and lifestyle guidance under a membership model with day passes for select services. It was founded by Doug DeBiasi, who conceived the space around contrast and red light therapy in early 2024 and broadened its scope after his mother's death that June; the name comes from the Hawaiian word lawa, meaning enough. Clinical services include foundational and micronutrient diagnostics, genetic predisposition analysis and multi-cancer early detection screening, IV nutrient therapy, regenerative medicine including platelet-rich plasma and VSEL therapy, perineural and trigger point injections, and aesthetic treatments on Alma laser platforms. The club also offers dietitian-led nutrition, physical therapy and movement rehabilitation, contrast therapy, Vasper and Ammortal recovery modalities, InBody body composition analysis, acupuncture, massage and integrative mental health support. Its clinical team is led by medical director Jose Molina and naturopathic physicians Hitomi Otagiri and Jene Ferrante.
