I cannot define what a good provider is, nor can I claim myself to be one. But I strive every single day to become a great one, and I hope when you visit you can see that too. I am a doctor of nursing, board-certified family nurse practitioner. I believe in building and nurturing long-term relationships with my patients and advocating for each individual to achieve their optimal state of health. I focus on preventative care and providing proper education to my patients to help them make informed decisions about their health and medication management. I am a firm believer in the importance of hormonal balance in men and women and I provide bioidentical hormone replacement therapy with focus on longevity and biohacking trends.
