Dr. Laura Phan is a fellowship-trained oculofacial plastic surgeon who completed an ASOPRS-accredited fellowship in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery at Johns Hopkins' Wilmer Eye Institute, followed by a second fellowship in oculoplastic, orbital, and neuro-ophthalmology surgery. She earned her MD from Virginia Commonwealth University and her MPH from Yale, and performs all procedures herself, with a focus on minimally invasive eyelid and upper-face rejuvenation.
