Intrigued with movement and optimizing his own health, Brian began his health and fitness career over 20 years ago as a personal trainer. After years of training, he became frustrated with the “body building” style of training and mediocre results with his clients. That’s when he began his journey studying neurology through Z-health. A comprehensive brain-based educational program for pain relief and elite sports performance utilizing neurology. These “brain hacks” consist of sports vision training, vestibular rehabilitation, respiratory rehabilitation, pain neuroscience, biomechanics kinesiology and sports skill coaching. Brian is a Z-health Master Trainer and has a passion for helping people who have tried other modalities. He found that float therapy, cryotherapy and infrared sauna are all great modalities to help improve recovery, improve mobility and reduce inflammation. So he teamed up with his long time friend Kevin Parker to open Kume Float to provide these services to the comm
