Eyelid Center of Utah is an oculoplastic surgery practice founded by Dr. Kian Eftekhari, with offices in Salt Lake City, Draper, and Heber City, Utah. Dr. Eftekhari is a board-certified Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon who trained at Stanford and the University of Pennsylvania and previously served on faculty at UNC Chapel Hill. The practice focuses exclusively on eyelid and periocular surgery, both cosmetic (blepharoplasty, brow lift, Asian eyelid surgery) and reconstructive (thyroid eye disease, orbital trauma, facial paralysis), alongside non-surgical injectables and laser treatments.
