Jill S. Melicher, M.D. is an ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgeon practicing with Minnesota Eye Consultants in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. She performs surgery of the upper and lower eyelids, the tear drainage system and the orbit, along with facial rejuvenation including cosmetic eyelid surgery, endoscopic forehead lifts, dermal filler and botulinum toxin injections. She completed her ophthalmology residency at the University of Minnesota Medical School and a two-year fellowship in ophthalmic plastic, orbit and reconstructive surgery at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and the Cincinnati Eye Institute. She sees patients at the practice's Blaine, Crosstown and Minnetonka locations, each of which houses an on-site ambulatory surgery center. Minnesota Eye Consultants was founded in 1993 and maintains a dedicated cosmetics and oculoplastics service line.
