Located in Mount Prospect, Illinois, our clinic was founded by Klaudia Gwozdz, APRN , a dual board-certified nurse practitioner with extensive experience in hospital medicine. Recognizing the growing demand for high-quality wellness services, Klaudia turned her expertise into a practice that empowers individuals to achieve vibrant health. About Klaudia Gwozdz, APRN Klaudia s journey in healthcare began at the young age of 16, working her way through the ranks at St. Alexius Medical Center and Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center to become a nurse. She gained invaluable experience at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in surgical step-down ICU and emergency room settings before advancing her career as a nurse practitioner. During her time as a nurse, Klaudia earned numerous certifications, including expertise in ultrasound-guided vein access for challenging cases.
