Haven Holistic Health is a doctor-led naturopathic health consulting practice founded by Dr. Alex Orton, ND, and Dr. Kolby Ourada, ND, childhood friends who each bring more than a decade of holistic medicine experience. Based in Chicago and serving patients virtually nationwide since 2018, the practice offers advanced biomarker and functional blood chemistry testing, at-home food intolerance evaluation, and personalized nutrition and supplementation protocols. Services address thyroid and metabolic health, female hormone and fertility concerns, and testosterone and male hormone optimization. All consultations are conducted one-on-one and delivered virtually.
