Golden State Plastic Surgery (led by Dr. Rahul Seth, MD, FACS) is a facial plastic and reconstructive surgery practice operating as part of Golden State Dermatology, with offices in Walnut Creek and San Francisco, California. Dr. Seth is double board-certified in facial plastic surgery and otolaryngology-head and neck surgery, trained at the Cleveland Clinic and completed a facial plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at UCLA, and was full-time UCSF faculty for nine years before joining Golden State Dermatology; he remains a UCSF Adjunct Associate Professor. He specializes in facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, gender-affirming facial surgery, and facial reconstruction, and co-authored the first major textbook on gender-affirming facial and neck surgery. Dr. Johnathan Shih, a board-eligible plastic surgeon, also practices at the group, focusing on breast, body, and gender-affirming top surgery.
