Golden Road Integrative and Functional Medicine is a concierge membership practice founded by Courtney King, MD, who left conventional medicine in 2017 to build it. The practice transitioned to fully telemedicine care in 2020 and sees patients on a HIPAA-compliant video platform; Dr. King is licensed in California, Colorado and Georgia, and the practice lists offices in Santa Rosa, Fort Collins and Atlanta. Its clinical model pairs functional medicine — a 90-minute intake, in-depth functional laboratory testing, and hormone, adrenal, thyroid, detoxification and gut microbiome optimization — with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. Memberships run annually in two tiers and the practice does not accept insurance. Group appointments, in-person ketamine group therapy in Colorado and integrative retreats are also offered.
