Originally from Cashmere, Washington, Dr. Milner attended Washington State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Zoology in 1987. From there he went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington in 1991. He graduated in the top five of his class and was awarded membership in the Omicron Kapp Upsilon Dental Honor Society. Dr. Milner has always had a passion for learning and sharing his knowledge with his colleagues. He was invited to serve as a part time faculty member at the University of Washington in the removeable prosthetics department immediately after graduating. He maintained this position along with his participation in private practice before moving back to the Wenatchee Valley in 1994. He received his accreditation from the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry in 2014.
