I started working in dentistry while in high school and enjoyed it so much I went to dental assisting school and became a certified dental assistant. I worked in private practice, until I accepted a position at the University of Washington School of Dentistry, where I met my husband while he was a dental student. After he graduated from dental school, we moved to Wenatchee to be closer to his family and we started our own family practice.
