Each patient is supported by a care team of a functional medicine physician, a functional nutritionist and a health coach; the practice files no insurance claims and has opted out of Medicare. Membership tiers run from $59 to $699 a month, with adult initial visits at $800 and comprehensive evaluations for children aged two to thirteen at $450. Clinical focus areas include autoimmune conditions, digestive disorders, thyroid imbalance, chronic inflammation, leaky gut and food intolerance, candida, mast cell activation syndrome, mold illness and long COVID. The practice serves the Triad and Research Triangle areas and eastern North Carolina, sees patients in person with video and phone options for follow-up, and also publishes online courses.
