Extivita is an integrative therapy clinic at 2012-D TW Alexander Drive in Durham, North Carolina, within Research Triangle Park. Its core service is hyperbaric oxygen therapy, delivered in two hard-shell multi-seat chambers seating up to twelve and up to eight patients, with most treatments administered at 2.0 ATA. The clinic also offers intravenous nutritional therapy, neurofeedback and full-spectrum infrared sauna. James Stevens, MD, has served as medical director since 2018, and the clinic's family nurse practitioner conducts new-patient consultations and writes hyperbaric prescriptions.
