It was founded by Indrani Raman, MD, its medical director, who practiced nephrology for roughly two decades before moving into functional medicine and is certified in obesity medicine through the Obesity Medicine Association and in functional medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine. The practice focuses on autoimmune conditions, hormonal imbalance and thyroid disorders, digestive health, chronic stress, diabetes and prediabetes, kidney health, and medically supervised weight loss. Care is delivered through extended consultations, functional laboratory testing, nutritional counseling, and telehealth, supported by an in-house health coaching team. The practice is out of network with all insurance plans.
