Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness is a medical spa and wellness clinic in downtown Yuma, AZ, founded by Marina Roloff, DNP, FNP-C, and her husband Casey Roloff. Hormone optimization, medical weight management, aesthetics, and preventive care live under one roof at 330 S. Main Street. The practice was built around a simple idea. Skin, mood, energy, and weight share underlying drivers. Hormones. Nutrition. Sleep. Stress. When those drivers are addressed, clients feel like themselves again. Aesthetics is the natural complement to that work, not a separate transaction. Marina holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She spent six years in primary care before opening Enhance. She leads every consultation, every prescription, and every clinical decision personally.
