EmmVera MedSpa, which also trades as EmmVera Aesthetics, is a physician-led medical spa in Phoenix, Arizona, founded by Xyomara Rivas, MD. Dr. Rivas graduated Magna Cum Laude from the San Juan Bautista School of Medicine in Puerto Rico, completed a pediatrics residency at Hospital Episcopal San Lucas where she served as chief resident, and has practiced in Arizona since 2014 before moving into aesthetic medicine. Aesthetic services include injectables such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers and Sculptra, Morpheus8 RF microneedling, EvolveX body contouring, Lumecca IPL photofacials, Diolaze XL laser hair reduction and the Glo2Facial. The practice pairs these with functional and integrative medicine, offering bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, IV nutrient infusions and exosome and salmon PDRN treatments, and it also provides aesthetic medical director services to other clinics.
