Elite MD is a direct primary care practice with an in-house medical spa in Matthews, North Carolina, led by Mishal Bhatt, MD, FAAFP, a board-certified family physician. The primary care side runs on a membership model without insurance billing and covers preventive and chronic care, weight loss, lifestyle medicine, nutrition services, mental health care, battlefield acupuncture, personal training and body composition testing, with one-time visits and employer plans also available. The medical spa offers neurotoxin injections, microneedling and radiofrequency microneedling, skin tightening and resurfacing, acne scar treatment, dermaplaning, facials, laser hair removal and laser hair restoration, vascular and pigmented lesion and leg vein treatment, body contouring, PRP for hair restoration and facials, PRP for sexual health, IV therapy, vitamin injections, massage therapy and a sauna room.
