Dr. Kevin R. Tomasko, Jr. is an oculofacial plastic surgeon practicing with Horizon Eye Care in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he is the group's sole aesthetic and oculoplastic specialist. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology with subspecialty certification in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery, completed his ophthalmology residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit and a fellowship in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Louisville. His cosmetic practice covers upper and lower blepharoplasty, endoscopic brow and forehead lift, Botox and Dysport, and hyaluronic acid dermal fillers used to restore facial volume and enhance the lips. He also treats functional and reconstructive conditions including ptosis, entropion and ectropion, thyroid eye disease, orbital tumors and lacrimal disorders. He sees patients at Horizon Eye Care's Cotswold, Pineville and Waverly offices; the group was formed in 1997 and has served the Charlotte area and Rock Hill, South Carolina for more than 25 years.
