Advanced Cosmetic Surgery Center is a cosmetic dermatologic surgery practice in Buffalo, New York, founded in 1991 by Dr. Riyaz Hassanali, its medical director and sole physician. Dr. Hassanali trained in dermatology at the University of Buffalo Consortium Hospitals and completed a fellowship in cosmetic surgery under Thomas Alt, MD, a past president of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and a specialist in hair restoration.
