Dr. Joseph H. Chang is a board-certified ophthalmologist with over 20 years of experience in oculoplastic surgery and facial aesthetics, practicing as Modern Aesthetic Institute in Bakersfield, California. He trained at the Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA Medical Center, specializing in ophthalmology and oculoplastic surgery, and is the founder and past president of the Advanced Center for Eye-Care in Bakersfield. He practiced in Santa Barbara for over a decade before relocating to Bakersfield, where he has now practiced for more than 20 years. Dr. Chang runs a self-pay practice offering oculoplastic surgery, injectables, and laser treatments.
