East Coast Advanced Plastic Surgery (ECAPS) is a cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery practice with six offices across New Jersey and New York City. Co-founded in 2011 by Dr. Dean Cerio and Dr. Cyrus Loghmanee, the practice is led by a team of board-certified plastic surgeons offering breast, body, and facial procedures alongside injectables and laser skin treatments. Dr. Loghmanee is fellowship-trained in microsurgery and focuses on cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery. Dr. Jonathan Keith, also on staff, founded the Rutgers Center for Transgender Health and leads the practice's gender-affirmation surgery program.
