About Dellay Aging

Amanda Dellay is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who recently earned her Master of Science in Nursing as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from Walden University. Her journey into medicine started long before that — Amanda is an eight-year Army Veteran who went on to graduate from Saint Louis Community College – Meramec as a Registered Nurse, building her clinical foundation in emergency room, pediatric and trauma care, and the operating room. That combination — military discipline, ER-trained instincts, and primary care expertise — is what shapes the way Amanda practices today. She looks beyond the surface to understand how every system in the body contributes to the way you look, feel, and age. Amanda founded Dellay Aging because she saw too many patients chasing cosmetic results without ever addressing the health that produces them. Beautiful skin, lasting energy, and graceful aging don t happen in isolation — they begin with what s happening inside your body
