David A. Kostick, MD, FACS is an oculoplastic surgeon practicing with Florida Eye Specialists in the Jacksonville, Florida area, seeing patients at the Southpoint, Ponte Vedra Beach and St. Augustine offices. He graduated from Tulane University School of Medicine in 1989, completed his ophthalmology residency at the Cleveland Clinic in 1993 and a two-year fellowship in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery at West Virginia University, then spent 16 years as an assistant professor and consultant in ophthalmology at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville before joining Florida Eye Specialists in 2012. His cosmetic practice covers upper and lower blepharoplasty, ptosis repair, endoscopic, temporal and direct brow lifts, mid-face lift, chemical peel and laser skin resurfacing, scar revision, and Botox, Xeomin and cosmetic filler injections. He also performs reconstructive eyelid, orbital and lacrimal surgery, including orbital decompression for Graves' disease and dacryocystorhinostomy. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and has been selected for Best Doctors in America since 2005.
