Our practice was started here in New Bern in 1982. From day one, our mission has been to serve the community of New Bern and surrounding towns by providing trustworthy, honest, and quality care for your oral health. We hang our hat on being the kind of office that treats each patient as if they’re our own mother, grandmother, father or child. We are here to listen to your concerns, values, and questions and provide honest, straightforward guidance and answers. We base that advice on decades of experience and success in the field of dentistry by staying current with ongoing continuing education year by year. Our practice was founded by Dr. Bob Whitley, who came to town as a public health dentist in Craven, Jones, and Pamlico counties after completing his dental training. He faithfully served our community for nearly 40 years alongside our staff until he determined it was time to retire and pass the baton to ensure continual care for our patients.
