Dr. Azizzadeh trained at UCLA and completed a facial plastic surgery fellowship at Harvard Medical School; his clinical focus includes deep plane facelifts, revision facelifts, facial reanimation, and rhinoplasty. He is double board-certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery.
