Case Integrative Health is an integrative and functional medicine practice founded by Casey Kelley, MD, who serves as its medical director, with clinics in Chicago's West Loop and in Hinsdale, Illinois. Its providers treat chronic disease, tickborne infections including Lyme, autoimmune conditions, environmental toxin exposure, cardiometabolic disease and gut disorders, and run a dedicated Hormone Health and Longevity program. New patients begin with a sixty-minute functional consult, then return four to six weeks later to review labs and receive a comprehensive treatment plan. In-clinic therapies include IV infusions, medical ozone and EBOO, NAD+, peptide protocols, InBody body composition analysis, infrared sauna and neurofeedback. The practice also runs an MD-curated supplement apothecary and an online course platform.
