Breast Reduction Center of NYC is a plastic surgery practice on the Upper East Side of Manhattan specializing in breast reduction and breast lift surgery. It is led by Keith M. Blechman, MD, board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, who completed his plastic surgery residency at NYU School of Medicine and a reconstructive microsurgery fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Surgeries are performed as outpatient procedures using a nerve-block technique intended to reduce reliance on post-operative narcotics, and the practice accepts most major commercial insurance.
