Boulder Aesthetics & Intimate Wellness is a medical aesthetics practice in Boulder, Colorado, serving the Front Range. The practice was founded in 1995 by Irena Fomenko, a master aesthetician and registered nurse, and took its current name in 2020 when it expanded into intimate wellness. Services include Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers, microneedling, CO2 laser skin resurfacing, PRP treatments and ozone therapy, alongside the trademarked Cellular Medicine Association O-Shot, P-Shot and Vampire procedures. Steve Zakany, MD, board certified in family medicine and in anti-aging and regenerative medicine, is medical director and oversees all medical procedures including PRP and injections.
