BosBeauty is a medical aesthetic spa founded by Boston Crockett, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, operating three clinics: St. George and South Jordan in Utah, and Las Vegas in Nevada. Its injectable menu covers neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify), hyaluronic acid and calcium-based dermal fillers, the Sculptra biostimulator, and PRP/PRF treatments. Device-based treatments include Morpheus8 and Agnes Precision radiofrequency microneedling, fractional CO2 resurfacing (CoolPeel, Tetra and Helix Fusion), Lumecca IPL, Diolaze laser hair removal, HydraFacial and chemical peels, alongside body contouring, fat-dissolving injections, permanent makeup, and medical weight loss with wellness and NAD+ injections. Alongside patient treatment, BosBeauty runs an injector training program and rents treatment suites to independent providers at all three locations.
