Bay Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, P.A. has served Tampa Bay-area patients since 1988 with medical and cosmetic dermatology, treating skin, hair, and nail disorders across multiple central Florida offices. The practice includes Bay Skin Care (est. 1998), a licensed-aesthetician division providing medical-grade skincare and post-op care, a Psoriasis & Vitiligo Center (2012), and a dedicated skin cancer/Mohs surgery program. It is a teaching site affiliated with NOVA Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine and is led by founder Dr. Richard Miller, DO, FAOCD, alongside a multi-physician team of board-certified dermatologists.
