Balanced Body was founded by sisters Mindy Wade and Cindy Kelfer , whose shared passion for caring, healing, and empowering others inspired them to create a place where medicine, beauty, and balance come together. With more than 40 years of combined healthcare experience, they bring a unique blend of integrative and functional medicine with advanced aesthetics to every patient they serve. Mindy is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from Westminster College and over 20 years of experience in healthcare. A proud member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Mindy’s career began at just 19 years old as a Certified Nursing Assistant. While working full time, she put herself through nursing school, becoming a Registered Nurse in 2006 and the first college graduate in her family. Her career spanned cardiac critical care, life flight nursing, geriatrics, hospice, and credentialing experiences that gave her a deep understanding of the full spe
