AR Aesthetics is a medical spa with three Florida locations in Tampa, Melbourne, and St. Petersburg, founded in 2020 by Alexa Rodica, APRN, after six years working in plastic-surgery operating rooms. Ahmed Ibrahim, MD, PhD, a double fellowship-trained cosmetic surgeon, serves as Medical Director, overseeing injectables, laser treatments, and facial cosmetic surgery. All three locations share one treatment menu spanning aesthetic injectables, facial balancing, cosmetic surgery, skin health, and hair restoration. AR Aesthetics is affiliated with the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
