Dr. Andrew P. Amunategui is a board-certified plastic surgeon (American Board of Plastic Surgery and American Board of Surgery) who has practiced exclusively in Aventura, Florida for nearly 30 years. He completed pre-medical studies at Johns Hopkins University and earned his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. He trained in general surgery at Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center, completed a plastic surgery fellowship at Indiana University/Purdue, and finished a cosmetic surgery fellowship in Miami. His practice offers body procedures such as abdominoplasty and liposuction, facial procedures including facelift, rhinoplasty, and eyelid surgery, breast surgery, and a medical spa program with Botox, chemical peels, and dermal fillers.
