Alma Med Spa is a physician-owned, locally operated medical spa in St. Peters, Missouri, serving St. Charles, Wentzville and the surrounding St. Louis area. It is led by Khaled Hassan, MD, who completed his internal medicine residency at Forest Park Hospital in Saint Louis and spent four years at the Texas Heart Institute in Houston, and who serves as medical director and lead physician. The practice is explicitly non-surgical: its lines are physician-led weight loss including GLP-1 medications and phentermine, skin services such as customised facials, chemical peels and dermaplaning, body treatments using BodyTone, BodySculp, FACEtite, BodyTite and Morpheus8, and laser services including IPL, laser hair removal and tattoo removal. It also runs sexual-health, wellness and regenerative-medicine lines covering menopause management, hormone pellets, vitamin infusions and exosome injections.
