Prior to dental school, he attended UCLA and majored in Biochemistry for his undergraduate studies. Dr. Ou-Yang has been practicing dentistry for more than 25 years. Prior to starting his private practice in Newark, Dr. Ou-Yang has worked in different dental clinics in Palm Springs and Hayward. Dr. Ou-Yang received numerous scholarship and awards during his educational years: including the National Science Foundation Scholarship while in UCLA , Dean's list and the California Dental Foundation Scholarship in dental school. He graduated in the top 10% of his dental school class. Dr. Ou-Yang's passion is providing the highest quality dentistry to his patients in a caring and compassionate manner.
