About Albert Morrison MD

After growing up in Central Indiana in Frankfort, he attended Indiana University in Bloomington (1982-87). He completed his undergraduate studies with a Bachelor s of Science degree in Biology. He then obtained his medical degree, MD, at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis (1987-1991). Following medical school, he completed his residency in general surgery (1991-1997) at Michigan State University in East Lansing successfully achieving board certification by the American Board of Surgery. During his general surgery residency, he simultaneously completed his Master s Degree in Basic Surgical Science. His plastic and reconstructive surgery residency training (1997-1997) was at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee, which has a level one trauma center and an ABA accredited burn unit.
