About Yvonne Conaway
Yvonne Conaway, NP is the founder of ALIVE! Functional Wellness, a functional medicine practice serving the greater Atlanta region. Her career spans 15 years, beginning with a decade as a Registered Nurse at Piedmont specializing in ICU and Labor & Delivery, after which she became a Nurse Practitioner and served five years as a Breast and Women's Health Specialist. She started her private practice after concluding that traditional medicine often missed the underlying reasons behind chronic symptoms. She holds an RN-BSN from the University of West Georgia and an NP-MSN from the University of South Alabama, and has completed AFMCP and Hormone APM coursework with the Institute for Functional Medicine.
