About Sammy "Wade" Crowson
Sammy "Wade" Crowson, APRN, FNP-C is a family nurse practitioner who joined Veritas Medical in Lubbock, Texas in October 2024. He has been a registered nurse since 1993 and a family nurse practitioner since 2014, and served four years in the United States Air Force as a medical service specialist. He earned his BSN from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio School of Nursing and his MS as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Nursing in 2014. He entered functional medicine after a significant COVID illness and became a Certified Functional Health Practitioner through Functional Medicine University.
