About Vidhya Udare
Vidhya Udare is the founder of Life Force Nourished LLC, a telehealth wellness practice offering homeopathy, functional nutrition, and traditional yoga. She holds a Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery from India, where she is a licensed physician, and an M.S. in Human Nutrition with a functional-medicine focus from the University of Bridgeport (2016). She also holds Certified Nutrition Specialist (2016), Certified Classical Homeopath (2017), and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (Pennsylvania, 2023) credentials, and serves as an elected board member of the National Center for Homeopathy.
