About Urmen Desai

Dr. Urmen Desai, MD MPH FACS, is a double board-certified, double-fellowship-trained plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgeon practicing in Beverly Hills, CA. He completed undergraduate honors work in neuroscience at the University of Rochester, earned his MD from Tufts University School of Medicine and an MPH in Health Policy from Harvard University, and trained across Brown Medical School, Harvard Medical School/Boston Children's Hospital, and University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital before an Advanced Aesthetic Fellowship in Beverly Hills. He holds an academic attending post at Mount Sinai/New York Eye and Ear Infirmary in Manhattan and has performed humanitarian cleft-lip/palate and burn-reconstruction missions in Haiti and China.
