About Uma Penmetsa
Dr. Uma M. Penmetsa is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist at ParkWest Women's Health. She graduated from Gandhi Medical College in Hyderabad, India in 1987 and completed her residency in Obstetrics at Leicester General Hospital, obtaining Membership in the Royal College of Obstetrics & Gynecology in 1993. She completed a second residency at the University of Rochester in 1997. She practices general obstetrics and gynecology with special interests in minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgery and cosmetic gynecology including labiaplasty. She is certified in the use of BOTOX Cosmetic for treatment of wrinkles and furrows in the face.
