About Thomas W. Herendeen
Dr. Herendeen is the facial plastic surgeon at Ear, Nose and Throat Associates in Fort Wayne, where he has practiced since 1998. He received a B.A. in Chemistry from Indiana University, Bloomington in 1988 and his medical degree from Indiana University, Indianapolis in 1992. He completed general surgery training at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, an Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery residency at Indiana University, and a facial plastic surgery fellowship at Tulane University in New Orleans. He is board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery. His special interests include cosmetic and reconstructive nasal surgery and facial plastic surgery.
