About Thomas Edwards

Thomas Edwards, MD is a board-certified ophthalmologist and cataract surgeon who has practiced in Atlanta since 1994. He earned a chemistry degree and his medical degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and completed his ophthalmology residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. He merged his solo practice into Georgia Eye Partners in 2021. He now directs post-operative refractive management for Light Adjustable Lens cataract patients at the practice.
