About Tara P. Davis
Tara P. Davis, RN, MSN, FNP-BC is the founder and owner of Transitional Wellness Center in Lexington, South Carolina. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama School of Nursing in 2006 and her BSN from Old Dominion University in 1998, following a diploma program at Abington Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in 1995. Her nursing experience spans family practice, internal medicine, hospice, military medicine, women's health and mental health across Virginia, Washington DC, Hawaii and Georgia. She served 25 years as a nurse corps officer in the Air National Guard, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel, completed the A4M fellowship program in anti-aging and metabolic functional medicine, and is enrolled in a Ph.D. integrative medicine program at Quantum University.
