About Sophie Longo

Sophie Longo is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice who sees patients of all ages. She began her career at the Cleveland Clinic, then worked four years at Rush University Hospital on the Orthopedic/Spine Unit. As a nurse practitioner student she worked in a holistic primary care clinic in Chicago, where she saw the effect of lifestyle changes and functional treatments on chronic disease. At The Functional Medicine Center she provides comprehensive lifestyle counseling and holistic, patient-centered functional medicine care.
