About Shi Gladney

Shi Gladney is the owner of UR Beauty and UnmistakablyRare Academy in Las Vegas. She is a trained and licensed Advanced Aesthetician and Cosmetic Tattoo Artist. She writes that her own experiences with insecurities, from acne to eyebrow growth, inspired her purpose of helping others overcome similar challenges. Her passion for microblading and permanent makeup grew out of past experiences trusting inexperienced artists, motivating her to provide services that give clients confidence. The studio offers beauty and wellness services intended to promote self-care and empowerment.
