About Schonze Del Pozo
Dr. Schonze Del Pozo, MD is Founder and Medical Director of East Sacramento Concierge, a board-certified Internal Medicine physician certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She earned her MD from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, completed Internal Medicine residency at Johns Hopkins Sinai, and holds a BS in Neurobiology, Physiology and Behavior from UC Davis. She has over 15 years of experience as a Hospitalist, Hospice Medical Director, and Academic Hospitalist, and is a Biote Certified Provider of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
